My name is Deborah Muzzu Martis, I was born in Como and I spent most of my life in Menaggio, on Lake Como, where I live with my son.

My father Giuseppe was the first professional real estate agent of the area, and has been working for 40 years now. A few years ago, motivated by the passion in this field, I decided to take advantage of his experience and started to follow his steps and became a certified real estate agent as well.
My studies and previous working experiences brought me first to University in Milan and then to other countries in Europe, in the USA and the Indian Ocean, giving me the chance to meet different people from different cultures. Those enriching experiences influenced my personality and my approach towards my clients, whether they are Italian or come from other countries.

 

I think it is important to establish a good relationship with my clients, to better understand their needs and what kind of property they are looking for. As I grew up in this area, I know my territory well, the climate, the facilities and I can be of great help in proposing the right property.
I believe my task is to make a selection among the properties offered and to present what matches better the client’s requirements and what I think is valuable and of quality.
I offer an “all-round service”: I am able to suggest the most competent and reliable people for renovating, from the construction company to the handy man and housekeeping.
